We transformed this 1960’s home into the homeowner's modern farmhouse dream incorporating the original footprint and adding square footage with a second story addition and attached garage to meet their growing family’s needs. The interior layout was reconfigured for better flow and function.

This home’s renovation featured rustic materials such as cedar board and baton siding and reclaimed brick on the exterior along with 6” oak flooring and salvaged 6x6 beams in the kitchen. Each room of the home incorporates specific nuances to make them different yet easily flow to make a home. Different elements such as wallpaper, large quartzite slabs, unique fixtures, and specialty handmade cabinets designed by us to meet the client’s specific storage.

This fully remodeled home provides a purposeful living space as well as a rich entertainment experience for guests which exceeded the expectations of the client for their home.
