Whispering Oaks Kitchen
This 1960’s Whispering Oaks home remodel boasts 6” oak flooring and 6×6” salvaged beams for a Modern Farmhouse dream kitchen.
Piney Point Kitchen
The elegant and intricate details of this Piney Point Village home are not lost in this chef-inspired kitchen remodel. The full overlay cabinets with brass and brushed nickel inlays and cabinet pulls were handcrafted in our custom shop. Seamless Terrazzo countertops and multicolored glass tile backsplash integrate fluidly with the split faced stone, brass edging and walnut trim throughout.
Hunterwood Kitchen
Afton Village Kitchen
This reconfigured 1950’s kitchen was enlarged with the removal of doors and a chimney making room for additional cabinets, which were designed, built and finished by CBJ, complete with furniture style custom toe kicks. Marble counters, backsplash and 7×5″ island slab is a traditional but elegant choice and is complimented by decorative tile behind the range, brass hardware and undercounter lighting. Passage from the kitchen into the new breakfast space is unique, with display cabinets on either side.
Memorial Kitchen
When Hurricane Harvey damaged this home, it gave us the opportunity to bring tons of natural light and additional storage to this Memorial kitchen. Finishes included white shaker style cabinets and stunning low maintenance quartz countertops.
Hunters Creek Kitchen
We designed and created a modern, functional open kitchen space with the traditional elegance of a New Orleans style home. Thick Italian marble countertops and backsplash, French doors and white furniture style custom designed and handcrafted cabinetry capture the essence of this historical home. Finishes include a white farmhouse apron sink and French country style fixtures. Two existing pantries were remodeled – one became a 400 bottle wine room while the other houses a climate control system for the wine room.
Mid-Century Modern Kitchen
This mid-century modern kitchen remodel juxtaposes contemporary white lacquer lower cabinets with warm upper Applewood cabinets and finishes the space with natural Silestone Quartz countertops. From the artisanal concrete floors to the added vaulted ceilings, natural light radiates through a 25’ window and double doors. A retro breakfast nook with leather upholstery made in our custom shop gives a nod to the mid-century, while 3Form tabletop brings sustainability and durability to this unique kitchen.
West Memorial Green Kitchen
This kitchen is a green remodel in West Memorial, Houston. Materials from reclaimed hardwood floors to bamboo cabinets exemplify green building standards. This large kitchen has custom cabinetry designed, built and stained by Craftsmanship By John. It adds modern elements such as shaker style cabinets and stainless steel appliances and mosaic glass tile backsplash. The wood toned cabinetry adds warmth to the space while blending in with the rest of the home.
Memorial Villages Kitchen
Full view doors and windows set the backdrop of this free flowing remodeled kitchen. Natural finishes of the limestone island contrasted by the white granite countertops and stunning stone wall seamlessly bring the raw, but calming elements of the outdoors in. But what brings it all together are the cabinets. Designed for maximum efficiency and spatial considerations, these maple shaker cabinets with Flemish glass are as functional as they are beautiful.
Briargrove Park Kitchen
This original kitchen was cramped and a peninsula obstructed traffic flow. We removed a huge brick wall fireplace in the living room which opened space between the two rooms and installed a lower height cabinet with a countertop overhang for accessible seating and entertaining. The full overlay white shaker cabinets were designed by our team and built in our custom shop. The kitchen is finished with porcelain slab marble look countertops, ceramic subway tile backsplash and butcher-block island.
